2. Services

Billy Aircon provides professional air conditioning servicing, maintenance, repair, and installation services in Singapore. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • General aircon servicing and maintenance
  • Chemical wash and chemical overhaul
  • Aircon repair and troubleshooting
  • Gas top-up (refrigerant recharge)
  • Aircon installation and replacement
  • Emergency aircon services

3. Booking and Appointments

Service appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone call, or through our website. By booking an appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information and address details
  • Be present or arrange for access at the scheduled appointment time
  • Notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel
  • Provide safe and reasonable access to all aircon units requiring service

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice
  • Quoted prices are based on standard service conditions. Additional charges may apply for complex issues, additional parts, or non-standard installations
  • Our technicians will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with work beyond the original scope
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and PayNow

5. Warranty

Billy Aircon provides a 90-day workmanship warranty on all standard servicing and repair work. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship related to the service performed
  • Re-servicing at no additional cost if the same issue recurs within the warranty period

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications
  • Pre-existing conditions not identified during the service
  • Normal wear and tear of aircon components
  • Issues arising from power surges or electrical faults
  • Third-party parts or accessories not supplied by Billy Aircon

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 4 hours' notice without any charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee at our discretion. Billy Aircon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Billy Aircon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not responsible for damage to property that results from pre-existing structural or electrical issues
  • We shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or supply chain disruptions

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Ensure safe working conditions for our technicians
  • Clear the area around aircon units to allow access for servicing
  • Inform our technicians of any known issues, hazards, or special requirements
  • Not attempt to repair or modify aircon units serviced by Billy Aircon during the warranty period without prior consultation

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Billy Aircon website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Billy Aircon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website's operation
  • Collect or harvest any information from our website without authorisation
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from our website

11. Governing Law
